“Are You Gonna Be Okay?” is a deep exploration into extreme mental states. It asks questions that we are sometimes afraid to ask ourselves when we’ve ventured too far “out there” - it’s the first track on The Imperfections’ newest EP Burning Alive.
“Summertime Song” is the story of how vocalist/songwriter Donato and his wife got back together after not seeing each other for 10 years. They were an “item” in school but went their separate ways after graduating, only to be brought back together through some kind of once-in-a-lifetime destiny. This song details their life story and the adventures that they have shared.
